August Content Suggestions for Your Website
International Cat Day takes place on Friday 8th August and National Dog Day follows on Wednesday 26th August. Why not celebrate our favourite companions by encouraging your clients to share photos of their cats and dogs on your social media channels?
With the summer heat continuing, it's important to remind owners about the dangers of heatstroke in dogs. The RSPCA provide excellent advice on recognising heatstroke, preventing it and what to do if your dog is overheating.
The PDSA also offer helpful tips on caring for your pets during the summer months, including advice on keeping them cool, hydrated and safe in warm weather.
Equine
With many parts of the UK continuing to experience high temperatures, horse owners should take extra care during periods of hot weather.
